Tri Screen

With laptop's full function USB-C port can transmit power and video signals, you only need one cable to make Tri Screen work.The Tri Screen uses integrated USB cables for a simple, plug-and-play connection that works seamlessly with any laptop, including Windows, M1/M2/M3 MacBooks, and Linux systems—no adapter required.
No, the Tri Screen is designed to prevent any strain on your laptop hinges. It comes with an adjustable kickstand that supports its weight, ensuring that your laptop hinges remain unaffected.
The Tri Screen requires both power and a video signal to function. If your laptop doesn't have USB-C ports, you can supply power through the laptop's USB-A ports and transmit the video signal via the laptop's HDMI ports.
Ensure that the screen protectors have been removed and your laptop has sufficient power or is connected to a power supply. You can also try powering the monitors from an external power source. Next, use the multifunction key on top of each portable monitor's panel to increase "Brightness" settings.
This issue may occur if the connection has failed, if the computer port does not support video output, or if the drivers are not correctly installed. Please ensure the drivers are properly installed and check all connections.

The monitor can be powered either through the laptop’s USB port (which requires a power supply of more than 5V/2A) or directly via an external power source.

Yes, the Dual Screen is compatible with all major operating systems, including Mac OS, Windows, Android smartphones,Switch, Linux, and Chrome.
As long as your laptop has a USB-C port, it’s plug-and-play just like a conventional monitor—no drivers needed.
The monitor will work with Mac laptops, but the touch functionality is not supported due to Mac OS limitations. The display itself will still function normally.

The HDMI output resolution varies across different types of Docking Stations. The MagHub Pro supports 4K at 30Hz, while the 4-in-1, 8-in-1, and 10-in-1 Docking Stations support either 4K at 30Hz or 2K at 60Hz.
