Warranty Coverage

Extended-Screen (“we” or “us”) warrants to the original purchaser (“you”) that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"), subject to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty. Registering as a member with Extended-Screen extends the Warranty Period by an additional year.

Who Is Covered

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner or recipient of the product.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship under normal use in accordance with operating instructions.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, or other external causes

Unauthorized modification or repair

Normal wear and tear

Commercial use

Damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use

Remedies

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the product using new or refurbished parts

Replace the product with a new or refurbished product

Refund the purchase price of the product

The replacement product or part will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for 90 days from shipment to you, whichever is longer.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, please contact our Customer Service Department at services@extended-screen.com during the Warranty Period. Provide your name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant images or videos.

Limitations of Liability

The remedies provided above are your sole and exclusive remedies. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.

 This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

Additional Information

Technological advances and product availability may result in your receiving a replacement product with a lower selling price than the original product. Product comparability will be determined by us in our sole discretion.

Extended Warranty Plans

Extended-Screen offers 1 to 3 years of extended warranty plans for purchase, covering conditions similar to the original warranty, including accidental damage. For details, please contact our support team.
